This free intro class introduce you to a Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan (Taijiquan) short form and to Tai Chi in general. You'll get a sense of the me as a teacher, of Tai Chi principles of movement, and of the short form.
If you decide you're interested, the first 10-week short form class series will begin Sep 5.
